At Malachi Visuals, we prioritize professionalism, clarity, and client satisfaction to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience from booking to delivery. To begin the process, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your session, with the remaining 75% due once your proof link is sent. For your convenience, payments can be made via Zelle at (201)-466-8263 or CashApp at $MallysLsr. In order to respect everyone’s time, we ask that clients arrive promptly. Sessions will be canceled if a client is more than 30 minutes late without communication, and a $20 surcharge will be applied if arrival is more than 15 minutes late—regardless of notice. While session end times remain fixed, clients may extend their shoot by the length of their tardiness for an additional $20 fee.
Should you need to cancel, please notify us within 24 hours of booking to receive a refund. Otherwise, your deposit will be held as a cancellation fee. However, you may reschedule within 72 hours of cancellation and apply your deposit toward a new session within two weeks of your original date. After your shoot, proof images will be sent shortly, and you’ll have 1–5 days to select your favorites for retouching. Standard turnaround is 6–7 days, with expedited delivery in 24–72 hours available for a small surcharge. Additionally, custom graphics can be added to your selected images for an extra fee.
