    To ensure a smooth and professional booking experience, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your project. The remaining 75% is due after the proof link has been sent to you for review.

  • TARDINESS

    To respect everyone's time, sessions will be canceled if the client is more than 30 minutes late without prior communication. A $20 late fee will be applied to all sessions where the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, regardless of notice. Session end times remain as originally scheduled; however, clients may choose to extend their session by the length of their tardiness for an additional $20 surcharge.

  • CANCELLATION

    If you are unable to make your session, please communicate your cancellation within 24 hours of booking to receive a refund. If no notice is given within that timeframe, your deposit will act as a cancellation fee. You may reschedule within 72 hours of canceling to apply your deposit toward a new session, which must take place within two weeks of your original shoot date.

  • IMAGES

    Image proofs will be sent shortly after your shoot, and clients have 1–5 days to select their favorites for retouching. Standard turnaround time for final edits is 6–7 days. If needed, expedited delivery within 24–72 hours is available for a small surcharge. Custom graphics can also be added to your selected images for an additional fee.
